100% PROMPT!!! I hired Mr. Sandless to refinish the hardwood floors in both of my daughter's rooms. Upon finishing the process, we ran across a problem with my floors that needed to be corrected. Although this problem had nothing to do with Mr. Sandless or their process, the technicians immediately contacted the owner, who said he would do whatever was necessary to make the floors right. To my surprise he did exactly that. My floors are now gorgeous and I couldn't be happier. The Mr. Sandless of Kentucky team, from the technicians to the company owner, were 100% prompt, pleasant and professional from the beginning. It is so refreshing to find a company willing to stand behind their products and services. I would absolutely recommend this company and plan to hire them to finish the remaining flooring in my home.
