Navigating Income Investing: An Interview With Infrastructure Capital Advisors
Jay Hatfield CIO, SCAP ETF, for Infrastructure Capital Advisors, was recently interviewed by Benzinga.
Infrastructure Capital, or InfraCap, is an income investing focused fund manager offering five funds: two of these are fixed-income funds and three are equity income funds. The fund looks for hard assets, hence the reference to "infrastructure" – utilities, REITs, MLPs, etc.
Mr. Hatfield spoke about the work and expertise needed to operate income-focused funds. Most investors lack the sophistication and can benefit greatly from a team of dedicated professionals doing it on their behalf.
